Continuum AI is provided by Rising Tides AI LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

1) Information we collect

  • Account identifiers (email/UID) to authenticate and set up your workspace.
  • Workspace & project names you create.
  • Items you save (text snippets and uploaded files) plus metadata (timestamps, item↔project relationships).
  • Product diagnostics (optional, minimal) like feature usage counts to improve core features.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use: We limit data use to what’s disclosed here and required to operate Continuum AI, consistent with the Program Policies.

2) How we use information

  • Core functionality: save, organize, and recall project-scoped context; “Send w/ Memory.”
  • Account & support: authenticate users, provide customer support, and communicate service updates.
  • Security: detect abuse and protect the service.

3) Sharing

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with processors (e.g., hosting and storage) acting on our behalf under contractual and security obligations.

4) Retention

We retain items while your account is active. You may delete items anytime. Upon verified deletion requests or account closure, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations and backups.

5) Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel. No method is 100% secure, and we continuously improve protections.

6) Your choices

  • Access, export, or delete items you have saved.
  • Request account & data deletion via the in-app link or our Support & Data Deletion page.
  • Opt out of non-essential diagnostics in Settings (if available).

7) Children

Continuum AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8) Changes to this policy

We will update this page for material changes and adjust the “Last updated” date above.
